The helmet compartment has two-way access via zippered slots. Also, there is a pocket with oblique zipper on the flap that can store small items. VELCRO panel on the flap can be used to place identification signs and patches. There is a durable loop on the top of the backpack for a convenient carriage. Back zippered pocket can store hydrator, it features special eyelet for a hydrator hose. There are 0.9 in MOLLE interface straps in the bottom area that allow the user to attach additional pouches and equipment. The lower back area is reinforced with extremely strong Hypalon material, which is both durable and elastic, so it is often used in the backpack areas that are subject to intense abrasion. 

The backpack straps are made from strong nylon mesh with loops compatible with carabin mounting. The straps are attached to the backpack with reinforced G-hook buckles.
