European countries will buy Russian combat suits "Manul" 5.45 DESIGN
At the international exhibition IWA OutdoorClassics 2019, which was held in March in Nuremberg (Germany), 5.45 DESIGN presented a softshell suit called "Manul". The European guests of the forum showed great interest in this development of a domestic military brand.
"In the next few months, we will sign contracts with GIGN, the tactical elite unit of the French gendarmerie, the Spanish police and their local special forces, as well as Hungary's counterterrorism units," a spokesman for Project 5.45 DESIGN told an international publication.
According to the developers, this combat suit is superior in many characteristics to similar products from such famous brands as UF PRO and Arc'teryx. That is why the choice of the European colleagues fell on the tactical kit "Manul", and soon the employees of the European special forces will conduct anti-terrorist operations in Russian uniforms.
The Manul suit with a variety of camouflage and tactical colors will allow the fighter to adapt to different types of terrain. It is made of a breathable membrane material that will protect against wind and precipitation. Sophisticated reinforcements with synthetic Cordura will make it possible to operate the Manul in a variety of combat situations. The fabric of the kit has infrared remission, so the operator will remain unnoticed in night vision devices. According to 5.45 designers, the kit is designed to work in the temperature range from +10 to -20 C.

"Manul" 5.45 DESIGN hybrid softshell pants are made of two-layered laminated fleece. It is perfect for use in tactical conditions (active movement) at a temperature range from -15°C to -5°C.
